It has been confirmed through the Scottish football joint response group that Celtic’s two upcoming games will be postponed after Boli Bolingoli made an unsanctioned trip to Spain during his days off.

Nicola Sturgeon said earlier she didn’t expect Celtic or Aberdeen to play any games in the next week after the news and the SPFL have adhered to those guidelines as they try to keep the game going through this crisis.

Celtic will now be sitting on their hands, absolutely fuming they can’t get onto the pitch and play their games as scheduled because of one selfish individual.

The bhoys will be playing major catchup by the time they are allowed to kick a domestic ball again. Their next game will be against Reykjavik at Celtic Park next Tuesday – this game appears to be still going ahead as planned at least.

This is a sore one for the Celtic fans to take. We have backed the club in a big way through this uncertainty and there are players out there who simply don’t care.
