DANIEL ARZANI has posted his delight after his surgery to repair his ACL.
The 19-year-old was only 15 minutes into his debut when the worst thing possible happened. A slip on the pitch seen Daniel go down and not get back up, the little Australian had to be stretchered off the pitch.
It was revealed a few days later that Daniel’s season was over before it had even begun.
Things have moved quickly since and the player has now had the surgery and it’s now down to rest then rehab to get the midfielder fighting fit for next season.
Daniel has come in with a big reputation and it took a while for Rodgers to bring him into the fold. It’s unfortunate when he looked like he was going to get his chance in the first team it’s all came to a grinding halt.
It’s great to see the player in good spirits with his parents by his bedside as he recovers.
