WE couldn’t help but laugh when we happened upon this tweet this afternoon.
It was the Europa League draw today where our rivals would find out who they would be playing in the last 16.
They drew Slavia Prague on Friday afternoon and one pundit was so eager to try and use this information to stick the boot into Celtic, he got it so horribly wrong.
The impartial David Tanner put out a tweet about how Slavia Prague had beaten Celtic 4-1 both home and away earlier in the season.
For the avoidance of doubt, that was Sparta Prague.
Instead of checking his facts, the pundit quickly fired up the old Twitter and let rip.
When you’re so eager to stick the knife into Celtic you don’t realise that Sparta & Slavia Prague are different teams. @DavidTannerTV pic.twitter.com/lq2J23le8v

There are simply some people in the media who find it difficult to be impartial. They try, but it’s futile on days like today.
David had a wee laugh at his mistake. It genuinely beggars belief how Celtic came into this at all. Celtic fans have been quick to give David it tight.
Wee fanny
A fanny is a useful thing. Tanner is pretty far fae useful.
Really, who cares?
So he got teams mixed up? Big deal
Is he important? No
We have plenty of issues to address within our own club instead of obsessing over an irrelevant tweet.
