Gary Hooper today signed for Norwich for an undisclosed fee.

CeltsAreHere.com wish him all the best in the Premiership.

He took to twitter to say thank you to Celtic – I would like to thank Celtic FC and everyone associated with the club, especially the fans, for 3 amazing years that I will never forget.”

The striker won two league titles and 2 Scottish cups while at the club. He also was the final goal scorer in the last ever Old Firm game.

This is the 2nd Celtic player to move to the Premiership this summer and is testament to Celtic’s scouting system who has made substantial profits on their investments.

Hooper will find himself coming up against other former Celt Victor Wanyama when Norwich face Southampton.

The search now starts for Hoopers replacement. Neil Lennon says he has players in mind but will not break Celtic’s strict wage structure to bring in a marquee signing.
