CELTIC fans were back at Parkhead on Saturday to take in a friendly between the Scottish Champions and Blackburn.

The game ended 2-2 and it was just good to get back into the stadium after a long summer away.

If you enter the stadium around the green brigade end, you will have noticed some marked differences from last season.

The bhoys had been allowed to paint some of the walls inside Celtic Park around the north curve area. The result is some hugely impressive designs on the walls of the famous stadium.

Ultras graffiti alongside some powerful messages; antifascist logos and Refugees welcome on painted on.

Inside Celtic Park has been the same for years. It’s great to see the club allow the Green brigade to add their own touches to the stadium.

It would be great to see the club be more proactive and have other parts of the stadium freshened up throughout this season.
