On Wednesday evening, the defender posted another image of himself playing in the hoops. This time it’s his famous last minute winner against Lazio at Celtic Park.
Chris was clearly inspired by his teammates Europa League win on Tuesday afternoon and decided to call back to his personal European triumph; again with the sand timer signalling he’ll be back in the squad soon.
Celtic have lacked depth in many areas of the pitch. Centre-back has certainly been one of them.
Carter-Vickers and Starfelt have started building a real partnership and after a shaky start – Starfelt is looking much better, despite confirmation bias by some Celtic fans.
Jullien gives us another great option and it’ll be interesting to see if Ange sticks the Frenchman straight back in or if Chris will have to bide his time on the bench.
