There’s been no early announcement on the London stock exchange to signify Dom McKay is starting his new role early.
SunSport reported on Monday that the SRU man is set to hit the ground running this week with an announcement today.
While that announcement can still happen, it hasn’t dropped early morning like Celtic’s last three pieces of big news.
It could be Celtic and the SRU are getting their ducks in a row before announcing the arrival and departure of McKay.
There’s no timeframe for talks between the club and Eddie Howe concluding.
Fans were hoping to wake up that news also but it’s not been concluded to this point.
Hoops supporters are desperate to see Celtic make the necessary decisions now to ensure they can have the best possible chance of winning the league back at the first time of asking next term.
