CELTIC has confirmed the signing of Timothy Weah by posting an Instagram phone video showing the club starting to FOLLOW the player.
This is probably the most appropriate way to announce the signing after the striker’s whole Celtic transfer has played out on social media!

The deal will be an initial six months until the end of the season, and it’s unsure after that if Celtic will get the player for any longer.
After the Charly Musonda deal last year was cut short because the player wasn’t happy with his situation at the club – perhaps the two parties are feeling each other out before committing to a longer deal.
PSG are indeed very high on the player, and it stands to reason they will want to survey the striker’s progress come the summer before deciding his next move.
Celtic are picking up the pace with transfers, that’s two loan deals in now with Bayo set be Celtic’s first permanent deal this week.
