Burke was signed by West Brom last season for £15million. The Scottish midfielder came back over to the UK after a season in Germany with Celtic’s former European foes Leipzig.
The midfielder has immense talent but has not had the chance to showcase what he can do with limited chances for his last two sides.
Brendan Rodgers will be delighted to secure the player for the rest of the season and you never know after that.
Celtic are working on a number of deals at the moment and are hoping to secure new players for the second half of the season during the coming days and weeks.
There is no doubt Celtic need reinforcements and Burke getting a chance at Celtic to show what he can do can only be beneficial for both players.
DONE DEAL—Burke will be a good player for Celtic. Sure it’s a grand old team to play for…CELTIC.
Come on Celtic let’s see at least 2 more signings in this January window HH
