OLIVIER NTCHAM has become Celtic’s third summer signing after the French midfielder put pen to paper on a FOUR year deal with the Scottish Champions.

The fee Celtic has paid for the player is undisclosed, but the price is believed to be around the £4million mark with add-ons.

The Frenchman comes to Glasgow with some great experience in Serie A where he played with Genoa while on-loan from Man City. Brendan Rodgers and Celtic have used their man City connections to get this deal over the line, and the manager is said to be thrilled that the club had backed him with cold hard cash when he asked them to.

Ntcham can go straight into Friday’s Champions League squad as a wildcard pick. It’s unlikely the player will start as he’s not had much of a pre-season to date.
