REPORTS today suggest Craig Gordon’s latest knee scan has revealed he WILL play again this season.

The Scottish International who limped off during Celtic’s win against Hibernian last month was told he’d be out for over three months and by the time he gets match sharp the season will have passed him by.

However, after a new scan on his knee, it seems he can be back Early April with plenty of time to get match sharp for the run in.

Celtic are up against Partick Thistle on Saturday looking to progress in the Scottish Cup, should they get to the final, Craig could be the man between the sticks come May.

Dorus de Vries is currently Celtic’s number one in Craig’s absence and will be trying his best to keep the jersey in the coming months.

The jury is still out on the 37-year-old goalkeeper, the more games he plays the more confident he should get.
