Douglas Ross MSP was wiped out on the touchline while running the line during Falkirk’s win over Dundee United on Friday night, ahead of what could be a bruising May for his Party.

YouGov polls show the party’s support has halved since the last election, but it was him who was halved live on the BBC last night.
John McGlynn’s men were 2-0 up before Dundee United pulled one back just before half-time.
They battled in the second half and ensured they’d be making the trip to Hampden Park next month. Dunfermline and Aberdeen, Rangers and Celtic and St Mirren and Partick Thistle have all yet to play, as the Bairns have the weekend to watch who they could meet at the national stadium.
But it was yet another embarrassing moment for Douglas Murray on Friday evening.
No VAR decision was needed for this challenge, but many already made up their own minds…
Everyone in Scotland reacted the same way as the Falkirk fan here, didnt they? pic.twitter.com/Nezmr0Hz83

It’s one that he won’t want to see back.
The lino stepped back from his leadership in the Scottish Tories after he stood for the Westminster election in 2024.
Seamus Logan of the SNP won the seat with 35% of the vote share.
Russell Findlay took over from Ross, who has been involved in a number of top-flight matches this season.
