CELTIC FLOP Charly Musonda has hit the comeback trail for his current loan side Vitesse and posted a video to show fans he’s on the way back after a horror knee injury.

The midfielder had just got to Vitesse when a knee injury ruled him out for over half the season. Musonda should still be on loan at Celtic after agreeing on an 18-month deal back last January, but that loan was cut short when the player realised he was not going to be a first team starter without merit.

The Belgian, currently valued at only €3million by TransferMarkt, came into Celtic Park with a lot of bells and whistles and showed some nice touches in his early games; it became clear to Brendan Rodgers there were better players suited in his position and Musonda quickly fell away.

Instead of fighting for his place in the team, the player and club agreed to end his loan deal just six months.

Chelsea then loaned the player out to Vitesse where he’s currently looking to get into the team before the end of the season.

Nice video.
