Christopher Jullien didn’t have the best of outings in Celtic’s last SPFL game against Livingston. It was a proper introduction to the monotonous and smash mouth version of Scottish football.

The unglamorous sight of the Almondvale pitch matched by the Livingston’s players dogged determination to stop any football being played.

Jullien rose to the bait and became flustered under the challenge of Livingston in what was a bad day all around for the Celtic support.

With international games underway, Jullien has been in Celtic training with plenty of time to think and ponder about what went on against Livingston. The French defender has had time to recalibrate and is desperate to get back into the pitch next Saturday against Ross County.

Taking to Instagram, the player let everyone know he’s ready for the next round of fixtures.

Celtic welcome Ross County in the first of four home games out of the next five SPFL ties.
