Celtic Star Hatem Elhamed posted some family photos and videos on his Instagram today which had many fans believing the club had allowed him to return to Israel early.
The Celtic defender has been home sick for quite some time and has asked the club if he can leave in January.
However, his Insta posts did suggest he could have returned early with the club’s permission and fans have been speculating.
We can reveal the player is in Glasgow and he could be part of the squad set to fight it out for a quadruple treble.
The right back might be heading back to Israel in January if a deal can be done between Celtic and a side closer to home.
Hatem’s wife failed to obtain a visa to work in the country and she and their young son live back in Israel. During a pandemic where you can socialise as usual, it’s little wonder the Celtic Star is suffering.
Hopefully he can get his move in January but until then, he remains fully committed to Celtic and will give 100% until he’s no longer a Celtic player.
