NEIL LENNON has put his own stamp on the team this season so far. The manager has made it clear who he wants in his team and squad and has left players out who he thinks might be surplus to requirements.

With Celtic having a big squad, the Europa League registration process was always going to be an interesting insight into who Neil Lennon believes is part of his plans – even on a fringe player level.

We have Scott Sinclair in the squad even though we’ve hardly seen him this season, suggest Neil Lennon would use the attacking midfielder or at least think about doing so in Europe.

However, one man who has not made the squad is Eboue Kouassi, the man who was brought into Celtic for £3.15m (Transfermarkt) and was even used sparingly by Brendan Rodgers. The midfielder suffered a season-ending injury back in October last year but has been since back in training. Kouassi is yet to make a squad under Neil Lennon and given there are limited choices in the middle of the park it signifies either Lennon doesn’t rate him or his progress in training has not been quick enough.
