EWAN HENDERSON has become the second player to be loaned out on deadline day with the talented midfielder heading to Ross County on a season long loan.

The youngster signed a new deal with the club last term after initially stalling on signing a deal. Ewan played some part in Celtic’s treble treble season before Neil Lennon called upon more experienced players in the team.

Henderson has been playing in the developmental side but with Celtic pulling out of the reserve league there is less opportunity to develop.

Henderson will gain valuable experience playing for County and show Neil Lennon he’s ready for the step up come next season.

Anthony Ralston left the club earlier today for a move on loan to St Johnstone. There could be more heading out before the deadline as well as Greg Taylor expected to come in. The window closes at midnight.
