CELTIC still have the small matter of a second leg game against AIK on Thursday but the nonsense coming from former Ibrox players already before the Glasgow Derby on Sunday has already reached epic levels of stupidity and paranoia.

Ex-Ibrox star Graham Roberts made an astonishing accusation against Celtic and Aberdeen claiming the Dons lie down to the bhoys when they go head to head.

The paranoid musing being put out onto the airwaves where Roberts claims they need to make Ibrox games count against Celtic because other clubs won’t do them favours.

“But the games they struggle in is when they go to Aberdeen. They have to win those games because when Celtic go there, Aberdeen roll over and let them win.” Robert’s told TalkSport as cites by Recordsport.

“They do roll over for Celtic.”

This is pretty mental stuff from the ex-Ibrox player and we now wonder if his comments will be recycled ad nauseam and blasted as paranoid nonsense by the media who was quick to jump all over Tom Boyd.

Roberts then boasted about playing a pretend flute to Celtic fans back in the day.

“Listen, I know what it’s like to play in front of them (Celtic fans). I once played in goal and did the flute band.”

Staunch!

Celtic head to Ibrox on Sunday hoping to record a win for the first time since the 17/18 season.
