CELTIC took on Nice in their first pre-season friendly on Thursday evening in France in Lyon’s stadium as part of a short tournament.

The bhoys were the first game to be played in the tournament but with Lyon taking on Celtic’s Glasgow rivals later in the evening, the Lyon side found their way onto the stands to watch the game.

Two familiar faces sat next to each other inside the stadium to watch the Hoops.

Moussa Dembele and Jason Denayer took in the game, watching their old side. Both played for the Hoops at different times but both have been part of the current ten in a row run.

Denayer was signed on loan for one season under Ronny Deila while Moussa was brought in for the start of the Brendan Rodgers era where the pair would famously fallout when Dembele pushed for a move to Lyon.

Celtic will take on both at the weekend.
