There is a lot of hurt and pain coming from Ibrox over the past few weeks and it is absolutely mouth-watering delicious for loads of different reasons. There are very few Gers fans who can accept reality because they have deluded themselves into celebrating the winning of trophies before they have been actually won.

Ex-Ibrox midfielder seems to be cut with the same cloth, the retired midfielder admitted in his Record Sport column to losing the plot on Wednesday night as Celtic opened up a ten-point gap in the league table which all but signals the end of any real challenge to the champions.

At one point I had to stop myself from throwing one of my flip flops through the screen. I just wanted to be out there at Rugby Park helping to do something about it before it was too late.

That’s why I worry about the mentality of some of the players in Gerrard’s team right now. I watched too many of them go down the other night without being prepared to put up a fight. Where was the anger?

I’m not sure what kind of TV or flip flops the EBT beneficiary possesses but it is pretty safe to say in any normal household the TV would have been safe from a flip flop attack. As for his team’s mentality, is it not the exact same as last season? why would it be any different? I’d even go as far as to say it will be the same next season if the staff are still the same.

  1. I wonder how much everybody made betting that Killie would win 2-1? In football there is no losers if you know how the game will end.. EBT scandal my arse. Now we have ‘sandal scandal’ .
