English Premier League duo Fulham and Brentford have ‘inquired’ about Nicolas Kuhn and are ‘monitoring’ his situation, according to German Sky Sports journalist Florian Plettenberg on X.

It comes amid the winger’s sensational start to the season, during which he has scored 10 goals and registered 11 assists in 17 appearances across all competitions.

Kuhn is in unchartered territory and improving with each passing game.

Over the Hoops’ past three matches, he has been unplayable. The German followed up a stunner at Hampden Park in the Premier Sports Cup against Aberdeen the Saturday before last with a brace and resultant man-of-the-match display as the Celts stunned RB Leipzig in the UEFA Champions League last Tuesday.

Kuhn continued his scoring spree on Sunday, giving Celtic some breathing space on a difficult afternoon in Ayrshire as he latched onto a ball in behind the Killie defence and finished adeptly.

With the 24-year-old contracted in Glasgow’s east end until 2029, the Scottish Premiership champions are in a mightily strong position regarding any transfer interest.

Given that Kuhn is also standing out at Champions League level, they can demand a record fee for his services if push comes to shove.

Should the attacker keep performing at the level he currently is both domestically and in Europe, London-based pair Fulham and Brentford won’t be the only sides interested in his services come January or next summer.
