Footy Accumulators couldn’t help but post their highlight of Steven Gerrard’s two-year tenure as Ibrox manager after many of the major outlets celebrated the fact.
Gerrard who skates by on his celebrity while there are no trophies in the club’s cabinet – there’s not many real things to celebrate.
Footy Accumulators pointed out the cringiest moment to date of Gerrard’s Ibrox stay.
When a stadium full of grown men applauded the manager on the eighth minute of the game to show their support.
Was he ill? Was he harassed? No, The Rangers had won a couple of games and were only ten points behind Celtic at the time, why not have an applause for him.
Usually these types of moments are done to commemorate someone or show support for a player/manager going through a difficult time with health etc.
It was a truly embarrassing moment.
It's been exactly TWO YEARS since Rangers appointed Steven Gerrard as manager!
This has to be the standout moment of his reign by far ??? pic.twitter.com/xpFng7p21w

It was all that they could celebrate, as they have no trophies, no money and no credibility.
