They may be gone from Celtic and, yes, some people may not care anymore but it’s worth noting that not one but two former Celts combined to give PSG a bloody nose in the French League on Sunday night.

PSG are a formidable force and are running away with the league because of the talent at their disposal. However, Lyon managed to halt the PSG express with a gutsy performance against the Paris outfit.

Not only did they win, but Lyon came from a goal behind to get the victory and the player who sent them on their way was none other than Moussa Dembele.

Watch below as the goalkeeper totally misjudges the flight of the ball and the Frenchman scores with a head. This was Moussa’s second goal against PSG, the former Celtic striker put the bhoys 1-0 ahead in Paris once upon a time before an avalanche of PSG goals brought Celtic back down to earth.

This time with his new teammates, they held firm to deny PSG any points and gave the Paris club their first league loss of the season.

With the game firmly posed at 1-1, it was another former Celtic player who stopped PSG from retaking the league in a vital moment of the match.

Jason Denayer saw the danger coming and shuffled back to his line, the shot was heading straight for the back of the net before the defender’s intervention.
