Former Celtic duo John Hartson and Jackie McNamara are set to appear on BBC game show Pointless this evening.

The two will be taking part in the shows ‘Football Edition’ which sees several celebrities face off against one and another in order to try and win money for a chosen charity.

Both Hartson and McNamara were team-mates at Celtic in the early 2000s during the successful spell of Martin O’Neill and are now remembered fondly by many fans.

After football, the former players have both moved into the punditry game on several different channels and are regularly asked to give their takes on all things Celtic around that time.

I am sure they will be hoping for some Scottish Football or Celtic based questions, especially around the time that they would have featured for the Hoops.

You can tune in and catch them on the show this evening on BBC One at 19:35.
