LEWIS MORGAN moved from Celtic to Inter Miami almost two years ago in what was a surprising move at the time for many.

The winger has had to play his football during a pandemic for the most part but has done well with his American club.

This week, however, Lewis waved goodbye to Inter Miami and has been traded to the New York Red Bulls where he’ll link up with former Celtic striker Patryk Klimala.

Unfortunately, the way the deal is structured, Celtic don’t benefit from a sell-on fee on this occasion for Lewis. [Football Scotland]

The bhoys will regularly add sell-on clauses to the players they sell in the hope of squeezing some more cash out of the deal.

Lewis was never a first team regular at Celtic, for whatever reason it didn’t click in Glasgow.

Lewis will now continue his football adventure in one of the best cities in the world. Let’s see if Patryk and Lewis can link up on the field.
