Former Croatia manager Slaven Bilic is reportedly interested in taking over the reins at Celtic, following Ange Postecoglou’s move to Tottenham, say TalkSport.
The 54-year-old has been keeping a keen eye on developments in Glasgow.
Bilic, fresh off a six-month tenure with Championship side Watford, is eager to return to management soon, with Celtic a possible destination in the manager’s mind.
With previous managerial experience in the Premier League with West Ham and West Brom, as well as in Turkey’s Super Lig with Besiktas, Bilic is no stranger to high-profile roles.
The prospect of leading Scottish champions Celtic is reportedly of significant interest to him.
Bilic has a wealth of experience at the top level of football, having guided a golden generation of Croatian players from the Under-21s to the senior ranks.
Now, it appears that he is keen to add Scotland to his list of countries he’s managed in.
