Jota had an incredible season with the club, he helped bring home the most unlikely of title wins when a rebuild turned into a double winning season.
Fans will be delighted to see the hoops get this over the line.
In past years, under Peter Lawwell, it was unheard of us to go and sign top players after successful loan spells. The deals being made early and in plenty of time is something fans have been wanting to see for years. Michael Nicholson is making things happen.
