Fraser Forster has admitted his teammate James Forrest has been subject to a bit of teasing in the dressing room after the player revealed he had written a book about himself which will soon be on sale in the Celtic store.

Over the years we’ve seen James go from being a young inconsistent player to be an integral part of this Celtic side. The midfielder excelled during the treble treble seasons and continues to drive the team forward.

We know he’s a cracking winger but other than that there’s not much we know about James.

The book will be a big eye opener in many ways and chronicle his journey to the Celtic first team and how hard he’s had to work to become the player he is today.

However, when the news of the book dropped the Celtic goalkeeper admitted there was a little bit of banter in the dressing room about James’ debut as an author.

“There’s a little bit of banter in the changing room about the book.” Forster told the Celtic View.

“A few lads have asked if it’s a colouring book!

“It’ll be interesting to see what’s in it. He’s been fantastic for this club and has achieved so much so it’ll be good to hear his take on everything.

“It’s the case with every player that you don’t know them really if you’re only really hearing from them in interviews.”
