ODSONNE EDOUARD has been tipped by many in the Scottish media to move to Brighton in the coming days or weeks. However, according to a journalist in Brighton there’s no formal interest in the French striker from the club.

Duncan Castles made it clear this week an £18m bid has come in for Edouard from the English Premier League side and Celtic are mulling over a deal.

Andy Naylor is adamant Brighton hasn’t even made an inquiry for the player.

Edouard played in Celtic’s midweek game against Midtjylland but many expected it to be his last game for the Hoops.

As it stands, he’s still a Celtic player and available for selection against Hearts on Saturday night.

Kyogo Furuhashi’s isolation finished on midnight Friday so he would be available to be in the squad should Ange think he’s ready. The Japanese attacker has been following a training regime in isolation since he flew into the UK.
