Match of the Day host and prominent Leicester fan Gary Lineker has given his one word response to the news Brendan Rodgers looks set to take over at the King Power Stadium.
The news broke this morning that Brendan’s move along with his backroom staff was all but done and Celtic has since confirmed ‘talks’ between Rodgers and Leicester.
As the deal appears to edge closer, Linekar is all for the move for the double treble-winning boss. The Irishman’s credentials are fantastic, and Leicester will be lucky to have him.

While this is excellent news for Leicester, it’s a testing time for Celtic fans who just did not see this coming at all.
The Celtic fans are used to Rodgers being linked with every club under the sun since coming through the door at Celtic Park and had been desensitised to the rumours, choosing to ignore them, rightfully.
It looks like this has caught us all at our most unaware.
