STEVEN GERRARD’S men were only top of the league for two weeks days and that was because there was a ten day international break before it.
Celtic only taking five points from their last two away games saw the Ibrox club leapfrog the Scottish champions. However, they have choked at Tynecastle today and only managed a point against Hearts to send them back down to second.
Celtic smashing six goals past Ross County on Saturday is the reason why they sit top today. Before this weekend – the bhoys were two points behind and 6 goals worse off, today they are top of the league and while the goal difference is level – Celtic have scored one more than the Ibrox club which puts them back where they belong.
