Celtic took a commanding 6 point lead at the top of the table on Sunday after coming from behind against the home side to secure a massive victory.

The Hoops looked in trouble just two minutes into the game when Aaron Ramsey put The Rangers ahead. However, the bhoys would take around four minutes to respond through Tom Rogic and they never really looked back.

It was a great team performance where I think most of the kudos should go to the defending the team did together. – especially in the second half.

It was a very bad day in the end for the Ibrox side and their boss Giovanni van Bronkhost who is usually cool under pressure.

In the post-match interview the Dutchman began to crack and you could tell he was feeling the pressure.

As cited by Record sport, Gio was asked about the fans and how they’ve managed to blow a six point lead, the manager fired back; Daily Record:

They watch the games, no? They watch the games and saw what happened in those games.

We didn’t take the chances we had. We had some decisions not go in our favour and then in the end, when you draw and lose points, you don’t take the chances you get.

That’s why we lost a lot of points which was unnecessary I think. If you keep losing points like that then you are trailing Celtic now by six points. Those are the facts and we cannot change them.

Ange Postecoglou has come in at the very tail end of pre-season, put a side and an identity together through a massive injury crisis too.

It’s incredible to think the manager has got us 6 points clear after the start he and the club had this term

For Gio, he has come in and took a team that’s won the league to second place in the table. He will be under pressure, with his European adventure keeping the dogs at bay for now.
