It’s only four days to go until Celtic are back in action! We’re nearly there. Phew!
It has been a long three weeks with more sightings of footballers down the Glasgow Forge than ever before.
We started the morning off with Yaya Toure’s comments on a potential move to Celtic, then it was Ntcham to Porto occupying many fans thoughts and just when we thought things were slowing down Scott McKenna was spotted in Glasgow. Blink and you’ll miss at least five rumours.
Away from the transfer window, Tom Rogic was turning on the style and starring for his country in the Asian Cup; the midfielder made an assist before scoring this bullet of a winner in injury time.
With Celtic back, the news quickly turned to who would be refereeing the Scottish Cup fourth round tie against Airdrie and fans were to over enamoured by the choice. (See link below).
There was also a major Glasgow Derby update with the next league encounter between Celtic and the Ibrox club with the date being changed for the end of March.
Oh and we caught Benkovic admitting he wouldn’t mind a Celtic stay…over to you Peter!
