CELTIC’s pivotal tie with their fierce Glasgow rivals looks set to be moved to Sunday RecordSport is claiming.

The game clashed with Prince Phillip’s funeral procession and games south of the border have already been moved so they don’t clash with the event.

Scottish Football has been in talks with Premier Sports about alternative dates for the tie if it can’t go ahead on Saturday.

With little wiggle room in the football calendar given we’re already up against it, the only solution is to move less than 24 hours past its scheduled date.

The newspaper claims a Sunday midday kick off looks like the most likely outcome for the cup tie now but we await confirmation.

Premier Sports have a headache rescheduling games given their commitment to Serie A who usually play out most of their games on a Sunday for the broadcaster.

Livingston vs Aberdeen is also to be shown, it’s about juggling and making the right call.

Our preference would still be to play the game as scheduled on Saturday,
