The Glasgow Derby is just four days away and as of yet, Celtic still don’t know what players they will have at their disposal on Saturday.

Kristoffer Ajer, Moi, Patryk Klimala, Callum McGregor, Greg Taylor, David Turnbull,  Shane Duffy and Vasilis Barkas are all still out with their countries at the moment.

Klimala is in contention for a starting place on Saturday with being the fittest striker Celtic have at the moment. Taylor also a likely starter alongside Duffy and Barkas; Turnbull is likely to be on the bench for the tie.

However, Celtic’s plans could be turned on their heads with any more positive cases.

It’s perplexing Celtic haven’t at least asked their players to withdraw from their international games – the Nations League is hardly a priority for anyone at the moment.

FIFA have to look at the last week as an unmitigated disaster and a move which has seen the virus spread through the football community.

  1. Ironic, Sevco doesn’t have any covid problems. The only club/country was Barasic, and he chickened out so he could play on Sunday. They don’t have any players involved in the countries league. Nae wonder, they are all dross, freebies, and billy no mates.
I heard that they don’t learn any names of players at Ipox. They just shout “hey you” when they want the ball.
