Celtic go into the Glasgow Derby with only a few injuries to their name and two of them being very long term.

The two big misses on the day will be the absence of Mohamed Elyounoussi and Hatem Elhamed. Both have been injured for well over a month and Mohamed playing the first half of the cup final set his progress back.

The other two squad players out are Jozo Simunovic and Daniel Arzani. There was a time when Jozo was a big asset for Neil Lennon but the club have done well to recruit Christopher Jullien, meaning people don’t miss the Croatian as much. Arzani has only ever played 12 minutes of football for Celtic and any hope that he would make an impact on loan is dwindling by the day.

    Mohamed Elyounoussi (foot),
    Hatem Abd Elhamed (abductor)
    Jozo Simunovic (knee)
    Daniel Arzani (knee)

The list of injuries was longer for the cup final and the biggest one on it at the time was Odsonne Edouard who only came on for the last half an hour – doing enough to change the game.

According to RecordSport, Jonny Hayes is fit again after a shoulder problem and is in contention to start the match.
