Sky Sports has announced televised fixtures for the second half of the season in the run up to the split and predictably they have moved the Glasgow Derby Sunday 12th March 12pm KO.

With the fixture put into firm focus we look at the scenario that could play out where Celtic could actually win the league against their cross city rivals.

In order for Celtic to have the opportunity to win the league that particular day at this moment in time they would have to win their next seven games on the trot, which consists of five home and two away ties but also need Sevco and Aberdeen to drop points.

If Celtic do win all their games until the Glasgow Derby fixture then they would need Sevco to drop six points in their six games in the run up to the tie and Aberdeen to drop seven points in the seven games they play.

This will be an ever-changing scenario game by game but it’s not beyond the realms of possibility.

Whether it comes then or further down the line, Celtic are heading for six in a row, four more to go.

Thanks to Agent Scotland on twitter for laying out the scenario
