Celtic are squaring off against their toughest opponents so far this season in the Europa League as they take on Dutch side AZ Alkmaar in the first leg of their Europa League play-off final at a packed Parkhead. Winning the two-legged playoff sends the Hoops into the Europa League group stages.

Alkmaar is a step up in competition from anything this new and unfinished version of Celtic have faced so far. They finished third last season, just one point off second-placed PSV.

For tonight’s visit of AZ Alkmaar, Celtic boss, Ange Postecoglou only made one change to the team that defeated Hearts 3-2 in Sunday’s victory over Hearts in the Premier Sports Cup.

Liel Abada returns from injury and slots into the starting line-up while Odsonne Edouard was moved back to the bench with Kyogo becoming the focal point in the Celtic attack.

And it was a Kyogo volley that sends Celtic Park into hysterics once again with this cracker.

Pure class from Tom Rogic to set up this goal.
