Celtic take on Hearts today at Paradise and the Bhoys are also seeking revenge today as they registered this seasons first SPFL defeat only a fortnight ago to the Edinburgh side.

There has been a shift in Celtic’s play since that loss and the Hoops have racked up three impressive goal-scoring wins domestically and on the European stage. Celtic’s attacking play looks like it is improving with each passing game and it has fans excited and up off their seats.

The Hoops Achilles heel has been in defence now for so long but back to back clean sheets have just been recorded, a real rarity over the past twelve months. The inclusion of the experienced Joe Hart into team playing dividends already.

Celtic have picked up where they left off with their attacking play today and they have battered the Hearts goal for the first half with an unbelievable 83% possession.

Ange Postecoglu chose or was maybe forced to play with two strikers today with a few moans from Celtic fans on the inclusion of Odsonne Edouard to the team. His commitment and attitude to the club have been questioned with a string of poor performances. A lot of the Celtic attacking play was falling short at the feet of Eddy as he continued to look well off his game.

That was until the half-hour mark when the French striker put the Bhoys one up after a tasty ball from Kyogo into Forrest who perfectly set up Odsonne. Just as we are publishing this goal French Eddy has added an assist as he set up a Stephen Welsh header for the Hoops to lead 2-0.
