This game started a bit like a chess match with both teams feeling each other out. Nir Bitton had a glorious chance to put the Bhoys one up from a header inside the six-yard box within the first ten minutes but somehow managed to head wide.

Shortly after that miss, that man Kyogopopped up with a goal after a brilliant cross from David Turnbull to put the Bhoys one up at Pittodrie. That’s eight goals now in ten games and how Celtic missed him over the past few weeks.

Ange Postecoglou said after Thursday’s 0-4 battering from Bayer Leverkusen that the pain in the dressing room would be used to fuel getting a result today at Pittodrie. So far his team look in the mood as they hunt down their first domestic victory on the road this season.

The Dons have their own problems as they struggle in ninth place. Today they are without midfielder Teddy Jenks as he serves a suspension following his red card last weekend. Aberdeen look off the pace so far but known this Celtic team they will need to score the next goal to get all three points.
