CELTIC ran out 3-2 winners today against Partick Thistle in a game that should have been far more comfortable than it turned out to be.

A James Forrest hattrick ensured Celtic’s passage to the quarter final of the Scottish Cup but defensive errors along with some lackadaisical performances let Partick Thistle back into the game.

Some Celtic fans believe Moussa Dembele and Scott Sinclair were passengers throughout the game, others think the service the Frenchman is getting is much more to do with why he’s not hitting the heights he’s capable of.

Celtic fans were in agreement though, James Forrest was on another level.

  1. We need a strong defensive coach. Love big John but he was a youngster when he unfortunately had to retire. We need more experience in the defensive side.sick of relying on an individual performance this season. The team look uninterested

  2. The team had regressed dramatically in a year. Where’s the fluid flowing football we were playing last season? We are hard on the eye much of the time now and only 4 players have maintained their standards imo , nitcham, broony, KT and Forrest . Something is not right
