SCOTT BROWN pulled the curtain down on his International career after 55 caps over 12 and a half years.
After coming back out of retirement during the last campaign the Celtic Captain has made the definite and best move for his Celtic career.
Brown spoke of the honour it was to play for his country.
“It was a huge honour to pull on the Scotland jersey every time I was given the opportunity and to be able to captain my country is a privilege I will always cherish.”

That Broony announcement could only have been better timed if he’d had it printed on a t-shirt and whipped his top off after the red card.

The National Team will miss him immensely, but unfortunately an increasing number of the idiots in the Tartan Army have gone after him of late.
Trust me… You don't know what you have till it's gone.
Thank you Scott Brown! https://t.co/rLKc1wiofI

Broony retires from Scotland. We’ll soon see if all the patter about McGinn being the perfect replacement is true….. It’s not btw, couldn’t lace Bronny’s boots.

I would love to see all the Celtic players announcing their retirement from representing Scotland including the boys in the u17s. Celtic first, last and only. Let the tartan army sort out their own mess.
