Celtic Park is set for another famous European night as the Green Brigade has announced plans for a special tifo display ahead of this evening’s Champions League tie against Bayern Munich.

The ultras group has called on fans in the North Curve to arrive early to ensure the success of the display, which aims to set the tone for what could be a historic night under the lights at Paradise.

With the Hoops facing one of Europe’s elite, the Green Brigade is urging the entire Celtic support to play their part in making the stadium an intimidating atmosphere for the German giants.

In a statement, the group emphasised the importance of backing the team from the first whistle to the last, while also making the night as uncomfortable as possible for the opposition. They stressed that a positive result in Glasgow could be crucial ahead of the return leg in Germany.

Celtic Park has built a reputation for its electric European nights, and with Bayern arriving as heavy favourites, the Green Brigade’s efforts will only add to the intensity.

The demand for an early arrival highlights just how important crowd participation will be in creating a spectacle worthy of the occasion.

Rodgers and his players will need every bit of vocal and visual support as they look to pull off an upset against a star-studded Bayern side. One thing is for sure—Celtic fans will do their part to ensure their team has every possible advantage when they step onto the pitch tonight.

  1. A brilliant announcement from those wee coke-addled scrotes in the Green Brigade would be them to tell us they are writing a cheque to the club to cover the hundreds of thousands of pounds of fines they’ve racked up with their playground-level banners and sparklers and to tell us they’re chucking it and that the GB are no more

  2. Absolutely in agreement with the 3 comments above.
This lot are a law unto themselves and have cost the club hundreds of thousands and IMHO subdue the rest of the support. Tonight’s news about Liam McGrandless receiving on line abuse from so-called Celtic supporters and thus cancelling his gig should be a wake-up call to the club before this sense of entitlement gets out of hand.

  3. Remember when the GB were banned…and then had their ban rescinded? On their first game back, they held up a banner stating:

    Football Without Fans Is Nothing

Their contempt for the Celtic support knows no bounds. Sure, a few months ago, the GB liberated some Union Bears stuff, and photographed themselves wearing blue jerseys and holding up loyalist flags. Would any Celtic supporter ever do such a thing? I look forward to the day when this mob of Huns is disbanded. They bring nothing but shame and disgrace upon the good name of Celtic FC wherever they go.
