The Green Brigade took to social media on Monday evening to acknowledge their 15th year as an ultra group with a special pyro display.

The group have split opinion over the years with some of their displays and political views but they have also added noise, colour and vibrancy to Celtic Park.

The group’s finest hour has to be the display before the Barcelona game in 2012 when the club were celebrating their 125th anniversary. The display that night spurred the team onto a legendary victory against the Catalans with Tony Watt grabbing that famous winner which is still talked about to this day.

The Green Brigade have also done tremendous work for charity. Their annual food drives have seen them raise a fantastic amount for the people of Glasgow. They take the charitable ethos of the club very seriously.

The incredible moment Celtic were fined for the GB waving Palestine flags during a UEFA qualifier saw the group raise a monumental £175k for the people of Palestine.

It’s been an eventful 15 years, to say the very least.
