Greg Taylor has warned that there will be no complacency in the squad as Celtic head into their next league fixture.
The Hoops added the first piece of silverware to the trophy cabinet on Sunday after beating the Rangers 2-1 in the final of the Viaplay Cup.
Players were given Monday off and had a chance to celebrate the victory on Sunday evening before getting back to training on Tuesday ahead of the next match.
Ange Postecoglou will now turn his focus to the next match which is a visit to St Mirren who remain the only Scottish side to have beaten Celtic this season.
There was a lot of rotation heading into that game, and the squad was nowhere near where the manager likely wanted it to be.
Taylor has insisted that nobody is putting their feet up yet as the players look to retain the nine point gap at the top of the league.
“Complacency is the one thing you can’t label this group of players of being,” said Taylor as quoted by the [Daily Record].
“We treat every game the same. We have always got the same belief that we can play our football. Equally we have got the same respect for all our opponents.
“That won’t be any different come Sunday. We’ll enjoy this because winning trophies isn’t easy so we deserve to enjoy this success. The momentum we have is massive. We just focus on each game as it comes. We know in cup finals and cup games you don’t get a second crack at it, to be honest.

“So we knew we had to be at it. But equally I think our form has been pretty consistent since the World Cup break. We are getting stronger as we go on. We’re learning the manager’s philosophy better and better and hopefully that can continue.
“We’ve brought in players in January who are contributing massively. Hopefully that can continue.”
As Celtic look at the next batch of fixtures, it’s likely that Postecoglou may look to rotate the team a bit more as they have their first midweek fixture in over a month against Hearts days before the Scottish Cup clash.
The manager has admitted that this is something that the players have been working towards as they out the hard work in when training.
