The Hamilton Supporter Liaison Officer has attacked Celtic fans for unfurling a banner about over priced tickets in the Scottish game.

This banner was to highlight the cost of football up and down the country and wasn’t just Celtic fans banging their own drum. However, the Hamilton staff member decided to have a go for the banner claiming Celtic fans had a cheek to unfurl the banner at New Douglas Park because Celtic have the most expensive away ticket in the league.

The point being severely missed by the Hamilton man who should know full well the fans don’t set the prices at Celtic Park and the message should be one he endorses as a conduit for the supporters.

The pricing in Scottish football is keeping many fans away from the game and we should look to find solutions to fill stadiums and be making sure people who want to go to games aren’t priced out.
