CELTIC will be without influential captain Scott Brown for at least the next two games meaning he will miss the Europa League clash with Leipzig and the semi-final tie against Hearts according to SunSport.

Brown went off during the first half of Celtic’s win against Hibs at the weekend after only recently recovering from another injury which kept him out of the Salzburg and St Johnstone games before the international break.

It looks like the bhoys will have to go on without their captain for two very important games. Callum McGregor looks like he will be given Broony’s role but with Leigh Griffiths still struggling with injury and James Forrest suspended Rodgers will have to reshuffle his whole midfield.

Mulumbu could come back in which would let McGregor take on a more attacking role.

The Hearts game will be a big miss for Brown and Celtic with Boyata already out suspended.

The Celtic squad needs to prove they can deal with difficult injuries to key players.
