SCOTT SINCLAIR has made two sub appearances for Celtic in the last two games after previously not playing since August 10th.

The player was out of the squad for a large period of time while Mikey Johnston. Lewis Morgan and Mohamed Elyounoussi all ahead of him.

His goal against Partick when Sinclair came on was as much welcomed by the supporters as it was the player.

Sinclair hitting the back of the net after being on the outside looking in was a cathartic experience.

He couldn’t come on and make the difference against Hibs on Saturday but the signs are there the manager is ready to let Sinclair loose again.

His partner Helen Flanagan took to social media after the midfielder showed his passion and determination when he came on against Partick Thistle.

There’s no doubt it has been Sinclair’s hard work which has earned him a brief reprieve so far. The Celtic star has been pushing himself in training and doing extra sessions himself at Lennoxtown.

  1. I think if we’re being honest, Scott went off his game for quite a while and really needed to shake himself up. However, the way he was treated by Neil Lennon, sidelined completely in such a disrespectful manner, was shabby to say the least. Sinclair is a top player when on his game, light years ahead of Morgan and Johnson in terms of quality and overall contribution to Celtic, he deserves better treatment and more respect from Lennon.

  2. If you are a top player at Celtic then you fit in. Some of the posts about Sinclair are silly. Neil Lennon is the boss, not you people who are wannabe coaches. Sorry but that is my opinion. Hail Hail.
