Like most Celtic dads, Henrik Larsson has chosen to wish Happy birthday to his son Jordan by posting a picture of both of them together in their Celtic gear.

It was Jordan’s birthday over the weekend and the Celtic legend marked the occasion on Instagram by posting the snap of him leading out a very young Jordan Larsson at Celtic Park.

Jordan has since grown up and is forging his own path in football. The Swedish striker currently plays for Spartak Moscow in Russia.

If you’re old enough, you’ll remember Henrik and Jordan well during the title celebrations when Henrik would bring the family onto the pitch.

The Hoops favourite spent seven years at the club and became Celtic’s greatest ever foreign player.

Fans have long talked about Jordan following in his dad’s footsteps and joining Celtic. Jordan is obviously a big Celtic fan, but the pressure would be enormous.

Given the striker’s exploits in the game to this point, he would also now be out of Celtic’s reach, financially.

Henrik has always been touted for a return to the club in some capacity. Right now the Swede is at Barcelona, working under Ronald Koeman.
