I’m not one for cartoons but I have to admit the one below did make me laugh.
Mostly because it accurately depicts what’s currently happening!
The cartoon, which was published by Goal.com shows a triumphant Ibrox side chanting Gerrard to the rafters with not a care in the world, oblivious as to what’s around the corner.
But just around the corner Brendan Rodgers and Scott Brown have just dropped a banana peel and they’re about to come back down to earth.

The Ibrox players, fans and officials rocked up to Celtic Park telling everyone who Steven Gerrard was in town and his new look side would batter Celtic.
The bhoys had just lost one of their star players in Moussa Dembele, they dropped out of the Champions League and had a bad transfer window. However, with all that in mind, Celtic strolled the game against a very passive, unimaginative side.
They slipped on a banana peel.
